Well this story was just confirmed about 8:50 am this morning(7/24/07), troubled Actress Lindsey Lohan has was again stopped and arrested for DUI this morning. The actress who just completed her second round of rehab, is again in trouble with the law. What we would still like to know is what about the alcohol monitoring devise she wears on her ankle, why didn't it register that she had been sooner, or is that what lead to her getting caught again?
