Each Month the the Top X-Voted Booty Shakin video on X-Digg Tube will be awarded with $100.00 and on August, 2009 the Grand Prize Winner will be announced durning InterNext in Hollywood, Florida. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded with $2,000 from X-Digg.com Enterprises, Inc. of Quebec, Canada.

CONTEST RULES

All participants must be over the age of 18 and must submit a copy of a government-issued identification card that proves the participants age upon request. This must be a passport or a driver's license. No student ID cards. We reserve the right to reject entries for any reason whatsoever, but any entries that appear to be of underage models will be sent to the appropriate authorities for investigation.

Any female amateur and or adult industry professional may compete in this contest

By submitting your entry, you agree that X-Digg.com Enterprises, Inc. will own the copyright to the video, and that you have the right to transfer the copyright to X-Digg.com Enterprises, Inc. You agree that you will never seek to remove the video from X-Digg.com Enterprises, Inc. and that you will never seek to enforce any rights in connection to the entry against X-Digg.com Enterprises, Inc.

If you are selected as a monthly winner, you will receive $100. If you are selected as the annual grand-prize winner, you will receive $2000. Participants are only eligible to win one monthly prize per year and one annual prize.

These contest rules may be amended by X-Digg.com Enterprises, Inc. from time to time, and you waive any rights that you may have to demand application of older rules.

Videos are NOT required to be nude - at least 90 Seconds of video is required. Contestants may Submit (2) video's (1) Non-Nude (shorts, panties, thong) and or (1) Nude if contestant perfers.

X-Digg.com Enterprises, Inc. encourages you to promote voting, of their video, among your friends, family and adult community. However, any attempts by a contestant to promote fraudulent voting, participation in fraudulent voting by a contestant or her proxy, or generating spam emails, will result in expulsion from this contest.

In consideration for X-Digg permitting you to enter the contest, you agree to all of the above rules, and you hereby waive all rights to publicity, copyright, or any other personal rights or civil torts.

Please allow time for video review of your entrys. All Contestans will have there X-Votes Reset to (0) Zero at 9am EST of the 1st day of eash month.

The present Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.

The parties agree to choose the Courts of the judicial district of Montreal, province of Quebec, Canada, as the exclusive and only venue for all claims or legal proceedings in connection to the present Agreement.
